If you subscribe after the 15th of the month, you will box will ship the first week of the following month.
Example: If you sign up on October 25th, you will receive your box the first week of December. If you sign up on October 7th, you will receive your box the first week of November.
You will receive the themed box for the month that you are eligible for. For example, if you sign up before August 15th, you'll receive the themed box for September. If you sign up after the 15th of August, you will receive the themed box for October.
You are charged when you initially sign up and not charged again until after the next month's billing/subscription cycle.
Yes, we theme each month around certain types and styles of gear, as well as different survival and tactical scenarios.
You are charged when you initially sign up and not charged again until after the next billing/subscription cycle. The billing/subscription cycle runs from the 15th to the 15th of the month, unless we choose to extend the cutoff date.
It's as long as you want! We will keep you enrolled until you cancel. You can cancel any time!
Log in to your account, and enter their address instead of your own. Once you get the confirmation email, log back in and cancel the subscription. This will prevent any re-billing and will not cancel the box you already ordered.
Currently, to cancel your subscription you must do the following:
- Click Menu
- Click Log In
- You are now on the account page----> Click "Manage Subscription"
- You are now on the Orders Page-----> Click on your order (It will say Level 1, Level 2, etc...)
- You are now on the subscriptions page----> Click your active subscription (It will say Level 1, Level 2, etc...)
- At the bottom of the screen you will see an option to cancel or skip a month.
If you cancel before the 15th day of the month, you will not be billed again, and you will not receive another box. If you cancel after the 15th day of the month, you will receive one last box the first week of the following month.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds, but you can cancel your subscription any time.
If you receive a damaged or non-working product right out of the box we will replace it ASAP. Simply email us at support@barrelandblade.com.
You can login to your account from our website and manage your personal information at any time. Just be sure to do so before we ship!
Just log in to your account from our website and edit your subscription. Be sure to do so before the 15th day of the month to have it go into effect for the next shipment!
Yes! Sign in to your account from our website. Under “Your Subscription” click “Edit.” On the top right, click “Skip Next Subscription.” Confirm by clicking “Yes, Skip It.”
Yes, in our CUSTOMER ONLY online shop you can buy some past boxes. These are available in very limited quantities so you have to act fast! To access, simply sign in to your account and click on the SHOP button.
We provide tracking information on all packages. If you see via tracking your package has been delivered, but you do not see your package, login to your account and double check your address! We will work it out either way, just email us at support@barrelandblade.com.
No. We do not ship internationally at this time.
